Mindfulness for Wellbeing sessions are designed to help you to learn the skill of being fully in the present moment and identifying clear goals to identify and overcome stressors and distractions which can interfere with our everyday wellbeing. Mindfulness is a well known practice that can help us achieve more calm in our daily lives and during activity and can be applied to just about any situation.
Learn the principles of mindfulness and some tools to help you apply them in your daily life, including simple breathing exercises that help to bring a calm and focused outlook. You will be given guidance on how to integrate this into your daily life and routine, as well as handouts to help recall the key principles.
‘A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.’ James Allen
