We are well located to explore the sites of the Gower Peninsula, as well as the coast path and a range of activities, whilst also being accessible to Swansea and the entertainment and amenities of the city.
About us and our aims: We aim to provide the perfect rejuvenating break, and to serve your needs in the best way possible. Bel and Robert have many years experience in running retreats. They have previously hosted and facilitated retreats full time at ‘Hill House Retreats’ in South Wales, and Heartstring Retreat Centre, as well as running regular retreats in Southern Italy. Their aim is to apply their skills and experience to help those seeking to improve health and well-being, personal transformation, healing and renewal. Bel and Robert work both independently and as a team with complementary skills to provide comprehensive therapeutic support.
Our goal is to work towards providing people tools to find what needs resolving within, in order that their outer world becomes more harmonious and peaceful. As we find the roots of disharmonious experiences stress, disease and dysfunctional behaviour and with a clear guidance, we can enable to dissolve these aspects. With this shift, life can effortlessly become more wholesome and balanced.
Our work is to provide services to help nourish and inspire drawing from our influences that span a range of different traditions, both Eastern and Western from which we have found a number of common threads, which include love and acceptance, the overcoming of fear and the bringing of harmony to all aspects of our lives.
Both Robert and Bel are also part time lecturers on undergraduate courses at the University of Wales and have taught Adult education classes in a number of health topics for many years.
About Robert Charles Ripley
Robert is dedicated to helping people through his skills as a Coach and Hypnotherapist to overcome challenge and find fulfilment and direction. He draws on thirty years of experience in his field and his training includes Life Coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy as well as Colour Light therapy and Tai chi. Robert lectures at the University of Wales and has taught group courses and retreats around Europe and the Uk for many years as well as individual therapy sessions. Since his early 20s (following a motorbike accident) Robert has been on a journey that has lead him to explore resources for personal growth and healing. His passion is in sharing how we can access this in a way that is most simple and profound. About Bel Spencer
Bel has been a therapeutic practitioner and teacher for over ten years, specialising in back care, Alexander Technique as well as Stress Management skills and Thought Field therapy. Her aim is to improve quality of life though holistic practices providing practical solutions to health and well-being. She lectures on the Alexander Technique at the University of South Wales and has taught for many years on a variety of adult education programs. She has co-facilitated retreats for a number of years in South Wales as well as around Europe and the Uk.
